Step #3 (No Ball) 1. Left foot pivots and the Right foot takes a big swing to about 2 oclock. 2. Repeat Steps #1, #2, and #3 multiple times.
THIRD STEP L JUST PIVOTS R MAKES A BIG SWING TO ABOUT 2 OCLOCK
