San Diego Today, mayoral candidate and Councilmember Kevin Faulconer will release a plan that seeks to close the economic, educational and public safety divide between the communities north and south of Interstate 8. Faulconers One San Diego plan envisions a unified city in which all residents have equal access to economic opportunity, quality streets, educational programs and safe neighborhoods.
