NNDKP was founded in 1990 and it is a civil society of lawyers. NNDKP develops its activity in the following cities: Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj, Brasov and Craiova. At this moment the company has 150 lawyers and counselors, 95 of them being members of the Bucharest bar.

One of the biggest independent companies of lawyers from Romania, NNDKP was founded in 1990 by Ion Nestor and Manuela Nestor and it was consolidated in 1995.

In 2001, the fusion with the Ana DiculescuSovas lawyers company marked the development of NNDKP. In 2004 the company starts the territorial extending policy.

NNDKP advised Lafrage group regarding the selling of the companies which produced drywall in Romania in the framework of a tranzaction done at an international level with the Etex Group. It offered consultancy to the romanian entrepreneur Ovidiu Sandor and his partners in the selling tranzaction of the project City Business Centre from Timisoara to NEPI.
