We are not here to slander or destroy anyone's character or credibility. Our goal is to weed out anyone or anything that threatens the everyday life of the Residents of Scotland Neck. MOOREs , Ex-Fiance confirmed , for almost two years , unbeknownst to him, she was engaged in that lifestyle while they were together, even though Moore never wanted for anything and never had to pay a bill or buy a single thing for house or anything or even asked to work the whole time they were together . MOORE would use the money she would earn from prostituting herself to go on drug and alcohol binges and come back home a couple days later. This is a Public Safety Announcement for the Township of Scotland Neck, Halifax County, and surrounding areas. ALTHEA V MOORE DOB 07/13/1981 of Phoenix Arizona, poses an imminent threat to the Health and Safety of the Citizens of Scotland Neck. MOORE is staying at 890 Shields Commissary Rd. where she arrived two months ago for a visit from where she was living with her Hiv Positive Fiancee of five years and have never practiced safe sex in those five years. MOORE Upon arrival in Scotland Neck Moore immediately engaged in an incestuous Sexual Relationship with her 22yr.old Uncle Justin Olds/Day which is still going on and where Moore is staying on Shields Commissary Rd. with Justin Day/Olds, Leslie Day, Elsie Olds, and youngest Nicholas Olds. Moore and Justin Olds are now sharing a house on the 890 Shields Commissary Rd. Property. MOORE is a said to be KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY Spreading a Potentially Fatal Communicable and Infectious Diseases to Several unsuspecting Scotland Neck males(one of which is a Terry of Scotland Neck (252)538=_1284) by engaging in reckless unsafe Sexual behavior. To which she has told one of our

She has learned her manipulation and deceitful skills from being on the streets prostituting and she has perfected them over the years. Do not be swayed by her she is a wolf in sheeps clothing. MOORE had all three of her children taken away from her five years ago for drugs, alcohol, and violence in the home where she was convicted in 2010 of assaulting the Children's Father who now has full custody of all three children. In those five years we couldn't find a single attempt by Moore to get children back or even contact them. MOORE has been institutionalized several times and has had at least, eight suicide attempts that we found. She was diagnosed with bi_-polar disorder with tendencies of paranoia and schizophrenia. She has been off her medication. ,for months, and refuses to get back on them. MOORE has had several tickets purchased for her to return to Phoenix and has changed her mind at the last minute causing the loss of hundreds of dollars to persons who purchased tickets. MOORE Also gets food stamps in AZ. that she immediately sells to support her habits according to fianc. She was also on Section 8 and was kicked off the program for a history of ten years of Section 8 Fraud and we have just learned she transferred her food stamps from Phoenix to here. MOORE has received several threats to harm her and/or any persons around here, which also poses an imminent danger to

the Scotland Neck Community. We feel that Moore is a major Threat to the Health and Safety of our Residents of The Township of Scotland Neck and she needs to move on so that The Community may feel Safe and Secure again. We need to send a clear message that The Christian Community of Scotland Neck North Carolina has no room for persons of that sort. Not to mention she is all over the Web s in a sex video which could hurt Tourism as long as she remains in our town.
