    Istanbul

    Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey, constituting the country's economic, cultural, and historical heart. The city population is approximately 14 million. It is the biggest and the most crowded city of Europe.

    Istanbuls location is between Asia and Europe. It is the only city in the world which spreads over two continents: Asia and Europe.

    Istanbul has a mild climate. It is possible to live all four seasons. Winter is colder in Istanbul than in most other cities. Spring in April and May is generally cool and brief.

    In its long history, Istanbul has served as the capital city of The Roman Empire (330-395) The East Roman Empire ((Byzantine) 395-1204 and 12611453) The Latin Empire (1204-1261) The Ottoman Empire (14531922)

    Around 2 million tourists visit stanbul every year. Taksim and Nisantasi are the most popular places for tourists and Turkish people. Which are the most active centers of stanbul.

    Eminn is one of the hictorical place to visit in stanbul. When you go there, you will see unique mosques. Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosques are indispensable for tourists. Finally you should visit ''Grand Bazaar''.
