My Family History By: Colby M My moms and dads family history goes back to the 1800s.

I have so many people in my family that it is crazy. But we dont even know half the people in are family! My mom's side is the Williams. I was born in 2002 April. My mom is Dawn Williams. She is an engineer and drafter. Her birthday is August 16 ,1976. Her parents are Robin Williams and Judy Williams. Robin was born in 1951. He's working at a car shop, in Vernon where he's the manager and he's a mechanic. Judy works at an old folk's home. She's there to help old folks have a day of fun. Robin's parents are Leah Cyr and August Williams. Leah was born in 1918. My great grandpa, August Williams was alive not too long ago he was born in 1910 and he owned a gold mine in Weimar, Alberta. So imagine getting gold every day! Judy Christianson's parents are Jean Sandison and Herald Christenson. Jean was born in 1920. She was a pianist, which is a performer who plays piano on stage in big performances. Herald was born in 1917 and he worked for the air force, after getting a little older. He started painting the air force planes and after a while he got to the point where he couldnt handle going on top of planes painting, so he decided to work at the Calgary jail. Jeans parents were Jean Porter and John Sandison, they were from Scotland. Herald's parents were Mathilda Quality and John Christianson so in reality they are my great grandparents. His parents are from Norway their names are Ella Marvin and Gilbert Marvin, they are from England. They are my Ge Ges. Gilbert was a carpenter just like my dad and thats what we know about Williams but I'm sure it goes much farther back! My dad's side of the family of what we know is shorter but more detailed. My Dad is Jason Miletto. His job is a carpenter, for four years he

worked in Lacasa which is in the mountains of Okanagan. His dad is Ken Miletto and his mom is Judy Malen. Ken was a welder. Judy worked after raising her children, as a secretary for W.C.B. We still see them every once in a while. There doing well. Judy's parents were Agnus and Ernest Malen. His last name was shortened it was a common change back then. Agnus was born in 1914 and worked as an orchardist. Ernest was an orchardist as well in Kelowna; he owned some land on the lake so he made a cabin. I remember going there on weekends catching rock fish off the dock. We didnt know Anguses' parents but Ernest's parent's wereTreasea Reider and Michael Malenschitz. Treasea was born in 1914, that seems old but Michael was born 1892 he was a brick layer from Austria. Kens parents were Tilly Frankie who was born in 1917 and was from Germany. Francisco Miletto, he was born in 1918. He owned a general store and it's still there to this day. So he settled in Mara taking care of it. His Parents were Dominic and Dominica who were from Italy and settled in Mara . Ken always said Dominica was a bossy grandma, we have a picture of her and she's frowning in it! Thats what we know about both sides of my family and when generations go by maybe I'll be in a paragraph like this one! 2014 January Colby
