Hence this has brought forward competition to CIMB bank therefore CIMB Bank has taken the necessary measures to compete and outstand their competitors such as There are 50 branches of CIMB Bank in Malaysia. CIMB Group recorded a net profit of RM 2.120 billion in the first half of 2012.Ambank grew its profit by 12.5% year-on-year to RM1.51bil for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
