Dear International Volunteers, There are only a few days left before your arrival, and we want to send

you this information. Please keep in mind that there could be modifications at the last minute. TRAINING WEEK SCHEDULE JULY 15- 21, 2013 JULY 15TH We will soon send you the information regarding the logistics of your arrivals. We would like to let you know that at the Galeo and Santos Dumont airports, and t he Rodoviaria Bus station, we will have a special team who will welcome you and who will direct you to your housing locations. Transport from the airport to the housing location is the responsability of each volunteer. At your housing location, you will receive your transport and meal cards. JULY 16TH At 16.00 we will have a welcoming Mass for all National Volunteers (Brazilians w ho come from outside of Rio de Janeiro) as well as International Volunteers. Volunteer Kit pick-up (you will receive the information about when and where you can pick them up) JULY 17TH GENERAL TRAINING. We will inform you about the place and time where you will hav e to go to receive your volunteer training, training regarding large event secur ity, and first aid training. These training sessions will take place in morning and afternoon sessions. JULY 18TH TRAINING BY DEPARTMENT. From this day forward you will form a part of the teams in the different departments. We will inform you where you will have to go. Important note: Some departments (but maybe not all) will now start contacting y ou directly.
