Experience q Should have HR functional (domain) experience in senior roles for at least 8 years q Candidates must have at least

6 years live experience in SAP HCM module q Should have at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience Education Qualification q The candidate must have a MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in HR. q Relevant SAP / other professional certification would be an advantage Skills & Knowledge Required q Should possess competencies required for a successful HR professional q Should be familiar with the best practices in HR q Demonstrated ability to provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the senior executive team q Should have experience in Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation Management, Time Management, Payroll , Performance Management, E-Recruitment, Training and Event Management, ESS/ MSS q Candidate must have a strong communication skills q Should have experience in business process reengineering initiatives in HR q Should be familiar with practices related to realization of optimum value from IT investments q Should have project management experience q Experience in SAP BW module would be an advantage q Exposure to Web enabled applications and SAP integration with third party applications would also be an advantage High Level Overview of Job Requirement q Work with senior management team to understand business requirements and advise on HR solutions q Review current HR processes and suggest changes
