Research and Evaluation Development

1.1 Supervises daily evaluation of lesson. 1.2 Monitors teachers in preparation of test based on class target/learning areas. 1.3 Facilitates the analysis of test results mastered skills and unmastered skills 1.4 Guides teachers to plan and conduct action research to improve pupil performance. 1.5 Encourages teachers to read professional magazines featuring teaching strategies and techniques that could assist them interpret learning outcomes of their pupils as well as improve their skills.
