Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation is a series of four classes on the art and science of mindfulness meditation--a proven way to reduce stress and chronic pain, alleviate anxiety and depression, and improve healing and a sense of well-being, no matter what your current situation. Research also shows benefits with cardiovascular, insomnia, and immune system issues, among others. You will learn the basics of mindful meditation as a health care practice, a way to slow down, improve focus, and think more clearly--basic mental fitness. This series will start you on your way with a practice that can change your life!

Choose Tuesdays, 10-11:30 a.m., February 4, 11, 18, & 25 or Thursdays, 4:30-6 p.m., February 6, 13, 20, & 27
