Target Audience for my radio broadcast

Children on there way to school, as there parents will have the station on in the car Elderly people, as news is repeated hourly it will target them. The news is local too so will inform the older generation on news which may concern or interest them

Working parents are targeted by our broadcast. This is because they will tune in when on the way to work, or taking their children to school

Again the broadcast covers local news which could concern them. Listeners also enjoy listening a broadcast from a local station as it includes a familiar accent or dialect, relatable by the audience
