Story Chain
Give groups sentence strips. Groups read sentences in sequence. (Teacher picks a group to start the story chain. The first group to identify the second sentence reads the sentence aloud. The chain continues till the whole story is read.)

Lets do. You will need: - coloured paper/manila cardboard - colour pencils/markers - puncher - rubber band

In groups, organise pupils to either read the story or role-play the story. Pupils can use the caterpillar they have created.

Pupils create a daily journal. Pupils may use an accordion or concertina book.
