Re: Petition to pursue dissolution of CCHOA

We, the undersigned, are in support of the CCHOA board pursuing a dissolution strategy of the
CCHOA. We understand that in order to make this possible, the open space currently owned by the
association would have to be taken over by the VOCH or other entity and the issue of ongoing
maintenance costs of the open areas does not make this overly appealing given the current economic
environment. Dissolution would not necessarily result in elimination of association related expenses
as the homeowners would still have to pay for street lights and other neighborhood specific costs.
