The interior/cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment and is accessed from the front passenger

footwell. On the underside of the dash that is closest to the firewall/floor, look for the cover, which is shown in the picture below. Slide it to the side and then pull the filter out. Take note of the direction in which the slanted edge of the filter is oriented. Obviously you want to put the new filter in with the same orientation. Then slide the cover back in place. 5 minutes and you're done.
