MINUTES of Fourth Junior Class Meeting Meeting Date: January 10, 2014

Call to Order: A regular meeting of the Junior Class was held on January 10, 2014. The meeting convened at 02:20 PM Josh Philiber presiding, and Steven Ramdilal, secretary. Members not in attendance: Sydney Dickerson, Joshua Joseph, Kimberly McIntosh, Ansley Spears, Kiarah Woodard, Christian Brook, Summer Baldwin, Taylor Wise, Brittany Notice, Merin Matthew This meeting was called to discuss and finalize PROM 2014 favors. The Junior Class Sponsor provides a PowerPoint to the representatives which itemized each previous discussed favor. The Representatives looked over and tried on the different types of sunglass offered. Ashley Mistretta moved that the Silver Aviator sunglasses should be a PROM 2014 favor along with the imprint GHS 2014. It was seconded by Anna Gann. MOTION CARRIED Shelby Stimmel moved that a Mason Jar with a silver top along with the Gatsby Logo be a PROM 2014 favor. It was seconded by Abbie Johnson. MOTION CARRIED The subject of whether our PROM 2014 Keychain should have writing or not. Abbie Johnson moved that we select the Chandelier Key Chain with no writing. It was seconded by Shelby Stimmel. MOTION FAILED Steven Ramdilal moved that the Representatives should choose a lanyard in lieu of a Keychain. It was seconded by Sarah Henning. MOTION CARRIED Anna Gann moved that we choose a black lanyard with a lobster clip. It was seconded by Shah Khan. MOTION CARRIED Shelby Stimmel moved that we should imprint Grayson High School on the lanyard. It was seconded by Abbie Johnson. MOTION CARRIED Representatives had two choices when it came down to bags. Steven Ramdilal moved that the Tuxedo Bag with black tissue paper be selected for PROM 2014. It was seconded by Austyn Gorksi. MOTION CARRIED Adjournment: Josh Philliber adjourned the meeting at 2:42 PM
