Comes now, two affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America, the Confederacy United States to petition the United States, in Congress assembled to enact the Prohibition Act of 2014,

BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the PROHIBITION ACT OF 2014 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 3rd day of February, 2014, SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LAW ENACTED

IT IS HEREBY FORBIDDEN against any Prohibition, in the interest of universal peace, there shall be no prohibition of any chemical, either natural or refined, nor of any procedure for any treatment what so ever.

BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the PROHIBITION ACT OF 2014 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 3rd day of February, 2014,

REGULATIONS OF THE STATUTE ENACTED 1: IT IS REGULATED, that in the event anyone damages another under the influence of any mind altering drugs, chemical, either natural or refined shall be as liable for the crime as if the tort were committed with the intent to commit the tort and crime against their neighbor. 2: IT IS REGULATED, that being under the influence of a mind altering drug, chemical either natural or refined is not a defense against a liability of a tort or a crime.
