To Whom It May Concern, Please consider this a letter of recommendation for Stephanee Kukankos. I have had the privilege of working with Stephanee for the past five years. The most recent two years, Stephanee worked in my classroom as a Learning Specialist and Inclusion Facilitator. In my classroom, Stephanee shared her extensive knowledge and skills set to successfully meet the learning goals of students with spectrum and sensory disorders, attention disorders and reading deficits. Stephanee worked effectively to individualize instruction, put in place varied learning strategies and communicate with parents. I also had the pleasure of working with Stephanee on the Response To Intervention committee. Stephanee acted as the leader of this team preparing necessary materials, facilitating the meetings and following through with next steps for students. Stephanee was integral in the success of initiating this process and helping to create appropriate interventions for students to achieve in the classroom. Additionally, Stephanee is the epitome of a team player. She makes herself available to all teachers and administrators for advice and support. She often times extends herself to meet after hours with teachers to plan and strategize and she is always happy to meet with parents to help make well informed decisions about the well-being of their student. Stephanee has a natural enthusiasm for the content and students she serves. She is an invaluable member of our school team and is asset in any classroom. I highly recommend her for the position of Special Education Teacher.

Sincerely,

Brittney M. Gomsak M.Ed First Grade Teacher, St. Benedict Elementary School Cell: (937) 477-1292 E-mail: bgomsak@stbenedict.com
