FROM THE GARDEN

We have a rich crop of beetroot, broad beans, cavolo nero, rhubarb, peas and curly kale. From the herb garden there are lots of chives, and marjoram.
FROM THE FARM

All of our Beef and Lamb is sourced from the Moran Family farm, located on the Central Tablelands. When it is unavailable we supplement our supply with a product of equal quality from Victor Churchill in Woollahra
