ABSTRACT
This project is mainly used to track the queries of the customers in the organi ation and resol!e the queries" This Project also sends the ser!ices to the customer to find out the customer satisfaction and employee performance" The system has a major pro#lem in finding the product support and ser!ice acti!ities that are undertaken #y the employees" Once the products ha!e installed at the client$s site% the cycle of &arranty maintenance starts" To keep the customers in a proper chain of satisfaction the system needs the data to #e organi ed in a proper relational &ay" The project is to maintain the relational communication among the project is to maintain this relational communication among the data% such that consistency% relia#ility and integrity can #e achie!ed" The major technicality &ithin the system lies in managing the coordination among the sales and ser!ice departments% &hich is the major hold upon the system to gain or achie!e profits" The project has #een planned to #e ha!ing the !ie& of distri#uted architecture% &ith centrali ed storage of the data#ase" The application for the storage of the data has #een planned" 'sing the constructs of ()*)+, )er!er and all the user interfaces ha!e #een designed using the A)P"Net technologies" The data#ase connecti!ity is planned using the -)+, Connection. methodology" The standards of security and data protecti!e mechanism ha!e #een gi!en a #ig choice for proper usage" The application takes care of different modules and their associated reports% &hich are produced as per the applica#le strategies and standards that are put for&arded #y the administrati!e staff" The entire project has #een de!eloped keeping in !ie& of the distri#uted client ser!er computing technology% in mind" The specification has #een normali ed up to /N0 to eliminate all the anomalies that may arise due to the data#ase transaction that are e1ecuted #y the general users and the organi ational administration" The user interfaces are #ro&ser specific to gi!e distri#uted accessi#ility for the o!erall system"
