KidLife Childrens Ministry of Life Church is offering a FREE

night of Childcare for kids ages 3-5th grade at our Parents

Night Out on February 28, from 6PM to 9PM. Your child/children
will enjoy a fun evening of games, crafts, and a movie while you
enjoy a couple hours on your own! Dinner will be provided
Pizza; you will need to provide an alternative if your child cant
have pizza (or feed them before you drop them off). Care givers
that night will be made up of Childrens Ministry Staff from Life
Church. We do ask that you pre-register your child/children so
we can plan accordingly! Please fill out the form below and turn
in to your childs teacher or the Life Church office! There will be
a permission slip/release form for you to sign on the evening of
