ABSTRACT

EFFECT OF TRAINING, LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF KUD MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI DISTRICT.

The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the effect of training on employee performance KUD Mojosongo Boyolali district. (2). To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance KUD Mojosongo Boyolali district. (3). To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance KUD Mojosongo Boyolali District (4) To determine the effect of training, leadership and motivation together on the performance of employees KUD Mojosongo Boyolali district. The types of data used in this study is the primary data obtained from responses to questionnaires given to all employees KUD Mojosongo Boyolali district as many as 46 people, because of the limited number of population, then the entire population sampled members of the study. The method of data collection using questionnaires with data analysis techniques used include the calculation of the value of the correlation coefficient and correlation coefficient test. Based on the results of the analysis note that the influence of training on employee performance of 23.1%, the influence of leadership on employee performance by 2.63% and the influence of motivation on the performance of employees by 29.0%. Based on the results of the regression, it was found that the variables of training, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the level of employee performance with a cumulative regression coefficient is positive is equal to 0.774.
