Pazham Nurukku

INGREDIENTS
Fully ripe banana - 1 no Jaggery - 1 tblsp

Method
1. Cut the banana into three pieces. 2. In a vessel put the pieces and add water above the level of the pieces. 3. Add jaggery and boil for 15 - 20 minutes 4. When it is cooked,remove from the water. 5. Cool, remove the skin and serve.
