Consider a ordinary air balloon filled with water instead of air and fixed with a PVC tube at its mouth. This balloon when immersed in water container, it totally loses its weight as per Archimede's principle and the height of water in the tube attached to it rises depending on the depth of immersion. The rise of water level in the tube causes displacement of air in the upper portion of the tube. Hence the air comes out through the other end of the tube immersed in another water container in the form of bubbles with huge force. Few interesting points here to be noted are : 1) The weight of water is balanced by stretching of balloon which makes it mechanically neutral system with action and reaction balanced. 2) The balloon loses its weight totally inside water hence it can be moved inside the water without spending any energy(input) whereas the air comes out of the second container with huge force and energy (output) 3) The pressure due to depth in water container is balanced by rising of water in the tube when balloon is pushed to that depth hence you will not experience any force on your hand while pushing the balloon to depth. The water balloon adjusts its shape (gets compressed) to corresponding pressure at depth. Note : Water can be filled in the balloon only under pressure by fixing the balloon to a water tap at its mouth. Then you have to insert pvc tube without allowing the water to spill out. Then you have to tie the mouth of balloon with tube using a string. You have to attach a counter weight equal to the weight of balloon (few milligrams) otherwise balloon will float on water.
