Besides the 4 sports listed above, there is one compulsory event (Running) which is mandatory for ALL 
COMPANIES to send one team which comprises of the following composition: 
 
1x Company Captain 
1x Officer 
1x Female Primer 
1x Male Primer 
 
PART II 
 
REGISTRATION 
Each participant (including supporters) must pay $8 inclusive of lunch and an IPOD’09 T‐shirt. 
 
All participants must register by submitting all of the following by Sunday, 4 October 2009; 
(1) Completed entry form (2) Singapore Polytechnic Indemnity Form and (3) $8 Registration Fee. 
 
Participants with incomplete or missing documents will not be allowed to take part and the subsequent 
failure, if any, to meet the required team size, will result in the entire team being disqualified. 
 
Running is the only compulsory event, Companies can and must send only 1 team, there will be no limit 
to number of teams per company to all other categories. 
 
Registration forms and the money can be submitted to us through the respective 
Company’s Officer 
   
PART III 
 
BRIEFING 
A briefing for all team captains will be held on: 
   
  Date: Saturday, 10 October 2009 
  Time: 12:00pm 
  Venue: Outside Singapore Polytechnic Convention Centre 
 
Teams that do not send a representative on the briefing day will be automatically disqualified. 
 
PRIZES 
There will be awards for the top three teams in each sport category inclusive of running.
