I change the font family of my questionnaire to a more formal font because I would like my questionnaire to look professional.

I also change the size of my title text so it will stand out to the reader and it is clear it is a title.

I change the colour of my title to an off-black (not blue as shown in the screenshot) because I prefer a colour other than black for my title so it looks unique, rather than ha e e erything on the page the same colour.

I highlight my title and then I make it bold so it stands out clearly as a heading. !he bold increases the font weight and gi es it more emphasis to the reader.

I use the underscore (") character to create a line after the words #$ame%, #&ge% and #'ender% to gi e the reader an area to write their details.

I add a numbered list to my questionnaire so it is clear which text on the page is there for the reader to answer. I choose a numbered list rather than an unordered list because numbered lists are usually seen on professional questionnaires.

I create an options table using the table button. !his makes it easy to show the different options I am pro iding the reader with and also gi es them an area to tick their selected option in.
