As I further inquired, I greatly admire the comprehensive training techniques of the world class chefs and the astonishing 100 years in teaching. I am also interested in being able to become exposed to the incredible French cuisine and patisserie industry. Most of my culinary experience has been at home, but I have invested in both materials and ingredients to improve my skills . I have always been interested in patisserie, as I was raised with a mother who constantly enjoyed baking pastries, while I carefully watched.. As soon as I was able to bake, I began to help my mother with making cakes, cupcakes, pies, doughs, cookies, and many other baked goods. I believe that my skills and experience could greatly contribute to the continuous success of Le Cordon Bleu. I consistently became involved in bake sales, helping friends with culinary skills, or anything that would present my talent to the world, As I entered adolescence, I pleaded to my parents for advanced kitchen materials, that would develop my patisserie style. I started to bake for school events, and my friends enjoyed the pastries very much. My familiarity with baking could contribute to the prosperity of Le Cordon Bleu.
