GENERAL SCOPE OF WORKS FOR SEWERAGE AND WATER WORK The work included in this contract comprises furnishing

all plant, labour, transport, water, power, profit and attendance, equipment, machinery, pipe Fittings, appliances, appurtenances and material and performing all operations in connection with the installation of sewer and water systems in accordance with the standard specification, drawing and everything else necessary for the construction and completion of the work to the entire approval of the Superintending Officer. 1.0 WATER SUPPLY WORKS 1.1 Supply and lay 800mm diameter Cement Lined Mild Steel water pipes and specials on existing road shoulders and new road shoulder / utility corridor complying to Syarikat Air Johor (SAJ) requirement. 1.2 Carry out all necessary testing, liaison with local authorities, Syarikat Air Johor for the execution of work and handing over of completed pipeworks to the relevant authority / utility company. 2.0 SEWERAGE WORKS 2.1 Supply and lay 600mm diameter Reinforced Concrete Sewer Pipe with 12mm thick high alumina cement lining internally on road shoulder / utility corridor. 2.2 Carry out all necessary testing, liaison with local authorities / Indah Water Konsortium for all necessary notice for commencement / execution of work, testing including CCTV test as required and handing over of completed works to the utility company. 3.0 OTHERS All works incidentally to be foregoing including any necessary modifications carried out within the Terms Of Contract.
