Jürgen Rolf Fink by John Baptist Mission of Togo with the CID Criminal
Investigation Department (Vermisstenstelle des Landeskriminalamtes, LKA)
and the POLIZEI (POLICE) in the city of Berlin, Germany on September 30,
2009.

Tochter und Ihres noch nicht geborenen Baby´s nach besten Wissen und Gewissen
in einer NOTLAGE zu schützen.

Das VORLIEGEN eines medizinischen, sozialen, humanitären NOTFALLS von

Frau NATALIE FINK wird hiermit durch die Unterzeichner bescheinigt. Ärztliche
Atteste oder Nachweise der Polizei werden sobald wie möglich bei Bedarf
nachgereicht.
