Vitamin B6: Dng phng thiu vitamin B6 khi phi iu tr tr b lao s nhim bng rimifon, hy ung vitamin B6 25mg 1 - 2 vin/ngy. iu tr bnh thiu vitamin B6 do khuyt tt di truyn, hy ung viatmin B6 25mg 4 - 10 vin/ngy. Vitamin B12: iu tr thiu mu hng cu to: tim bp viamin B12 100 - 200g/ngy. Mi t dng t 1 - 2 tun cho n khi khi bnh. iu tr ng c cyanua vi liu cao 100g/kg tim tnh mch. iu tr au dy thn kinh vi liu cao 500 - 1.000g/tun. Vitamin C: iu tr bnh Scorbut v cc chng chy mu do thiu vitamin C, hoc tng sc khng khi mc cc bnh nhim khun vi liu: - Tr nh ung vitamin C 0,1g 1 4 vin/ngy. - Tr ln ung vitamin C 0,1g 5 10 vin/ngy. Vitamin D: Dng phng hoc iu tr bnh ci xng do thiu vitamin D rt hay gp tr em di 3 tui. - Phng bnh ci xng: mi ngy cho tr ung 800 - 1000 UI. - iu tr: mi ngy cho tr ung 10.000 - 20.000 UI. Thi gian dng t 6 - 8 tun tng iu tr c th t ti 800.000 - 1.200.000 UI. Vitamin K:

Tim bp viatmin K d phng iu tr xut huyt no cho tr mi sinh, c bit l cc tr sinh non vi liu: - Vitamin K 1mg tim bp mt liu duy nht ngay sau khi sinh cho cc tr c cn nng t 1.500g tr ln v liu 0,5mg cho cc tr c cn nng di 1.500g. iu tr cc tnh trng thiu vitamin K khc tr ln vi liu 5 - 10mg/ngy tim bp hoc ung. Mi t iu tr dng t 5 - 7 ngy. Canxi: Phi hp cng vi vitamin D iu tr bnh ci xng vi liu: - Canxi lactat (c 13% canxi) hoc canxi gluconat (c 9% canxi) 0,5g ung 1 - 2 vin/ngy. iu tr co git kiu tetani vi liu: canxi gluconat 0,5g tim tnh mch chm 1 - 2 ng/ln.
