Knit consumption theory:

Total length x total width x 2 x gsm /1000 x 10000 x 12 + wastage Or (length + alliance) + (sleeve + alliance) x (width + alliance) x 2 x gsm / 10000000 x 12 Or (Total length x total width) x 2 x gsm / 10000000 x 12

2. Woven consumption theory:

Total length x total width ((front rise + back rise)/2) x 4 x gsm/ 10000000 x 12 + 20%

3. Process:
Single jersey = Knitting + Base + Easy process + Dying + Squeezing + Dryer (Normal + Complicated) Lycra = Knitting + Base + Easy process/ wash + Dying + squeezing + heat set + wash + dryer (Normal + complicated) Grey mlange = Knitting + Base + Easy process/ wash + Squeezing + Dryer (Normal + complicated). Terry = Same process as like single jersey but double dying if yarn is (cotton + polyester) Fleece fab = In upper slender needle and in down dial needle (Fleece fab always would be 100% polyester) PK = Lacoste + honey comb.

4. Yarn count :
Single jersey = -.141 x gsm +50.22 Lycra = (-.141 x gsm +50.22) + 8

5. Wash:
Normal wash or Garment wash. Enzyme wash Silicon wash Stone wash AZO test Shrinkage test Color pasting test / feeling test Rubbing test (For all tolerance is 4/5%)

6. Test:

7. Stitching:
Single needle stitch Plate lock Over lock Chain stitch Blind stitch Laddering stitch Zikzak stitch

8. Inco Terms:
FCL = Full container load (28 CBM=$2200 OR $3000) LCL = Less container load ($80/CBM) ETD = Expected time of departure ETA = Expected time of arrival BL = Bill of lading C&F = Cost & freight or clearing & forwarding FOB = Free on board
