Directions: First, dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Add oil, salt, and 2 cups flour.

Then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form soft dough and turn onto a floured surface. Make sure youknead it until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. After that, place in a greased bowl, turning once to grase top. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients; set aside. Don't forget to divide dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 13-inch circle. Trnsfer to two greased 12-inch pizza pans; build up edges slightly. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Spread with sauce; sprinkle with toppings. Finally bakefor 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
