A Railway Journey

Last Sunday, I visited Shimla. I went there by train. It was a very interesting journey. I got seat reserved. After taking dinner, I reached the railway station at 10 pm. I hired a collie and reached platform No.4. At 10:30 the train came on the platform. I got into the compartment and occupied my seat. I had taken warm clthes and a blanket with me. From Delhi to Kalka, I travelled by the Kalka Mail. There was a great rush in our compartment. The train stopped only at few junctions. I had good time upto Kalka. The train reached Kalka at 8 am. There I changed train for Shimla. It was a narrow gauge train. Now the train was climbing up the high hills. The scenery was very beautiful. As we drew near Shimla, the weather became colder. The passengers put on their warm clothes. I covered myself with blanket. The train reached Shimla at 1 pm. I got down and left for my uncles house.
