AND UNDERSTANDING (KN) KN1 : Ability to read, write and state the value and round off whole numbers. KN2 : Ability to read, write and state the value of fractions or decimals and round off decimals. KN3 : Ability to state measurement, draw the hour and minute hand on a clock face and draw the pointer on a measuring tool. KN4 : Ability to state the characteristics of 2-D and 3-D shapes. KN5 : Ability to convert fractions, decimals and percentage.

COMPUTATION SKILLS (CO) CO1 : Ability to do basic operation on whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentage. CO2 : Ability to do basic operation on money and measurement involving conversion of units. CO3 : Ability to do mixed operations on whole numbers and decimals (+ and only) CO4 : Ability to calculate the average of 3 quantities.

APPLICATION SKILLS (AP) AP1 : Ability to determine the perimeter, area and volume. Note : Perimeter composite of any two 2-D shapes. Area composite of any two rectangles or squares only. Volume cube or cuboids only.

AP2 : Ability to solve daily problems involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentage, money, measurement and average.
