Nu bn ngi khoai ty rn v du m th hy th mn khoai ty nng mui ny, va tt hn cho sc khe m mn khoai vn rt thm ngon.

Cch lm:

Bt l nng 200OC. Khoai ty gt v, b ming vi dng c ct rng ca. Xc mui hoc rc mui u ln khoai. Trn 1 tha nh du n v ti bm vo khoai. Xp mt lp khoai ln khay nng c lt giy nhm. Nng khong 25-30 pht, dng tm hoc a xin vo ming khoai thy khoai mm l c.

Cch lm:

Dorayaki - Bnh rn Doraemon


Vi nhng chic bnh rn dorayaki ny , bn s hiu ti sao ch mo my -r-mon li sn sng i mi th ch ly mt a bnh rn

Nguyn liu:
-

240g bt m a dng 1tsp baking powder 60g (2tbs) mt ong 170ml sa ti 4 qu trng, tch ring lng trng, lng 2 tsp. mirin 80g ng trng 40ml (2tbs) du ht ci hoc du bp.

Cch lm:

- Trn chung bt m v bt baking powder, ry mn mn. - Ha mt ong vi sa ti. - Ngoy u lng , mirin v du n, sau cho sa mt ong v bt m, trn u. - Dng my nh nh bng lng trng n khi thy bng cng, c chp nhn. t t ng vo nh tip cho mn mt. Xc tng phn nh lng trng trn vo hn hp bt trn, lp li thao tc n khi trn ht lng trng, hn hp u. - Dng cho chng dnh y phng, ly giy n thm cht du n ri bi ln trn mt cho (rt t). Dng tha mc hn hp bt vo thnh ming trn to va. la nh, khi thy b mt trn c bong bng ni v hi kh l c th lt mt bnh. Hai mt bnh vng nu l p.

Bnh quy Lady finger

Nguyn liu: (30 ci, 7-8cm) - 3 qu trng, tch ring lng trng, lng - 6 tbs bt ng - 6 tbs bt m a dng - 60g ng trng ht mn - ng bt Cch lm: - Bt l 176o C. - Ry 2 loi bt vo chung 1 bt. - Cho 1 tbs ng vo lng trng, sau nh lng trng n khi bng cng to chp, trong qu trnh nh cho t t ht phn ng cn li vo. - Lng nh bng a/da cho tan ri cho vo lng trng nh bng. Trn nh. - Cho bt vo hn hp trng, dng spatula trn nh tay cho u. - Cho hn hp vo ti bt kem, dng u bt trn to, bp tng di bt di 6cm ln khay nng lt giy nng bnh, tng di bt cch nhau khong 2cm. - Ry ng bt ph kn mt trn bnh, 1 pht cho ng ngm vo bnh, ry tip ng ln 2, cho ng ngm ht th cho khay vo l nng. - Nng khong 15 - 20 pht, n khi thy bnh vng u l c. 18

Khoai ty nng ln thm nc, v khoai hi dai do b mt nc. Phn tht mui (bacon) chn sn li, c v hi mn nn khi n cng vi khoai ty th khoai cng va m .

- 8-10 c khoai ty bi, ra sch, lau kh - 3 - 4 di tht ba ch mui (pork belly bacon) - Tm xin - Hnh l n km

Cch lm:

- Bt l nng 190-200 C. - Dng di tht bacon cun xung quanh c khoai mt vng ri dng tm nhn ghim tht vo c khoai. Ct phn di tht cn tha tip tc cun c khoai khc. - Lm tng t vi ch khoai cn li. - Cho tht cun khoai vo l nng khong 20 pht, dng tm nhn xin th vo c khoai thy khoai mm l c.

100g l h, ra sch, thi khc di khong 4-5cm 1 hp u ti, thi ming vung to 100g tht ln xay 100g gi , ra sch 2 c hnh tm, thi nh Mm, tiu, bt nm

Cch lm:

- Tht ln xay p vi hnh tm, nc mm v tiu. - Cho mt hoc hai 1tbs nc vo ni ri cho tht xay p vo, o cho tht chn khong 2-3 pht th thm nc canh cho va n. - Nc si th cho h, u ph v gi vo, un si, thm bt nm cho va n.

Rau xanh ri st b chanh
