SWOT Analysis of Linkages Feb 2014 Strengths -Established connection with the organizations, student government and CSO

-Preparation done prior to events -Coordination with the companies -The team was able to adjust and be able to make the events flow smoothly despite the numerous threats and challenges that occured before and during the company events -Compliance of majority of the orgs in bringing in at least 40 participants -Publicity of the company events online -Help of CSO Executive Boards in encouraging organizations to tie up with them -The tie-up with College Government of Business boosted the number of participants for the events

Weaknesses - Some members forget to do their assigned and agreed tasks on the given deadline -Lack of commitment of some members at times

Opportunities -Tapping graduating students and alumni to attend the talks - Partner with scholars to present the career opportunities to them as well

Threats -Miscommunication with other teams, orgs and companies -Sudden changes in the details of the event

-Non-compliance of the companies to the deadline of submission of the events request form and other requirements -On the day cancellation of the events (as in the case of Security Bank and JP Morgan) -Orgs will not comply to the stipulations of MOA -Other on going events during the expo week( possible lack of venues and participants-but this didnt affect the events)
