She mentioned that salary being offered is Rs 22,000 p.m. and I would have to work for six months on probation. With respect to salary, please let me explain my present emoluments. Monthly salary Rs 18,500 * 12= 2, 22, 000 pa Yearly Bonus 28,000 Yearly Medical reimbursement up to 3,000 Yearly Leave encashment of one month 18,500 Travel expenses reimbursed actuals 2,71,500

Ms Priyanka offered me a salary of Rs 22,000 pm which is equivalent to Rs 2,64,000 against my present salary of Rs 18,500 pm but she has not mentioned other benefits. My present office is near to my residence, so my commuting time and travel expenses are negligible. You are therefore requested to give me details of other perks for a fair comparison. I would be ok if there is an increase of at least 25% in my total emoluments including other perks in addition to travel expenses.
