Welcome to the 7 Ancient Health Secrets course. I am extremely excited to be presenting this information here to you, so lets get started. A long time ago I was 13 years old, and my mother got sick with cancer. Its a bit of a long story of how it happened; however, my mom was able to reverse her cancer 100% on her own, without the aid of the medical system or drugs of any kind. This one incident in my life planted a seed in me - a thought - very early in my life, the thought was Is it possible that there is a simple answer to all the health problems we face today? And is it possible that this answer has nothing to do with the standard health system school of thought that has been hammered into our brains by the media and doctors? This one thought grew into a life-long journey, one that I hadnt taken very seriously until the last few years, and has lead my family and I to a life of incredible health. Weve discovered certain principles, that if you live by, will transform your body, your immune system, your energy levels, beyond anything you could ever imagine, these things are simple, and easy to do, and Ill be sharing all of them with you throughout this course. The Living Vibration Method


As I write this, there are hundreds of thousands of people very ill around the world. Thousands are dying from diseases which experts tell them are irreversible. Statistically, one out of three Americans now get Cancer. Thats staggering. Every year there are more and more drugs available to treat these problems yet people keep on dying and no-one is getting healed. And yet... as I write this... There is another group of people, one which you wont read about in the papers, wont see trumpeted on the media or backed by pharmaceutical corporations. This group of people is thriving with health and energy. Their bodies are vibrating with life, and they never get sick or worry about illness ever again. In fact, most of these people age at a drastically slower rate. This group of people is also growing by the thousands every day; it is a wave of awareness that is spreading across the globe. The good news is you can join this group of people very easily, by following the powerful principles and clarity youll get from this information, like I once did. Whats the main difference between those two groups?

The first group follows the SAD system. Appropriately named, the acronym stands for the Standard American Diet. The second group knows about, either conscious or unconsciously, and follows the Living Vibration system. What is the Living Vibration system? Its not some new fad diet, or the latest scientific discovery, it is an understanding, a secret philosophy of health that is hundreds of years old, that has been lost and forgotten by the bulk of todays society. The simple fact is that today we live in a world where 95% of the information trumpeted through the media, or by experts whom we give authority over to, is simply not true, especially in the area of Health. When you understand this core philosophy, and allow it to penetrate deeply into your life, you will unlock the secret to unlimited health and energy, and youll never have to worry about your body breaking down again. What I call the Living Vibration method, has 3 main parts and principles:

Core Principle 1 - the Miracle You Live In


Your body is a miracle. It is powerful beyond belief. It possesses the ability to heal and repair itself. It possesses the ability to thrive and be bursting with energy and aliveness. However, most people live today with this part of their bodies running at only 10%. The people who are dying of disease have this system of their bodies switched to the off position. When we talk about getting really healthy, bursting with energy and aliveness, losing weight and feeling great... theres really nothing WE can do to get those results. Your BODY already has the ability to do those things for you. Your body will do all of this for you. All you have to do is help your body regain its natural abilities, to ramp up its healing systems and its power, to take it from a state of depletion to a state of abundance. Then miracles will happen.

Core Principle 2 - The Missing Link (Enzymes)

Imagine a steam-powered train. The locomotive is bursting with power and energy as it hurtles down the railroad tracks at 60 miles per hour. Things are going great; the train is speeding along as the crew in the locomotive keeps on loading coal into the fiery furnace to keep the locomotive alive. ...But then, something happens. Somehow by some odd turn of events someone decides to stop putting coal in the fire, and instead to start loading in wet and soggy logs. At first the temperature and momentum of the fire is enough to warm the wet logs and keep the fire burning - however, with each wet and soggy log placed in the fire the engine is now losing heat and energy, instead of the energy going into moving the train, it is now going into warming up the wet and soggy logs. The train begins to slow down to 55 mph, 50, and 40 miles per hour. The crew now has a choice to keep throwing the wet logs into the fire, and watch the train, engine come to a inevitable stop, or, to change the approach and go back to throwing coal - LIFE - into the fire. The above is a metaphor for your body and the vital role of enzymes. More accurately, the story above is really a metaphor for accelerated aging and accelerated death (disease) In order to stay alive, in order to THRIVE, your body needs to enzymes. Enzymes are like the life giving coal in the story above. What are enzymes? Enzymes function within the human digestive system to break down food, so that the body may easily use the nutrients. When enzymes are not present in the food you put in your body... the body CANNOT break down the foot and turn it into nutrients and energy. In other words, without Enzymes, the food is like a wet soggy log in the furnace, and is unusable by the body. Normally, any natural living food meant for human beings, comes with its own Enzymes. An apple contains the Enzymes needed for your body to digest it. A banana contains the Enzymes needed for your body to convert it vitamins and

nutrients, and so on. Every food you eat is like a energy kit that comes with 2 parts 1. The energy (which is unusable without proper instructions and tools) 2. The tools to use that energy and convert it to nutrients (the enzymes) However, when food is COOKED, 90% to 100% of the vital enzymes in that food is destroyed. Enzymes are destroyed by a temperature of 105 Degrees, as

are a large percentage of the vitamins in foods. Minerals in cooked foods are no longer chelated and are therefore more difcult for the body to use.
What your digestive system then has to do is leech enzymes from vital parts and processes of your body. The body will take enzymes, from everywhere to try to make up for the deficiency, and slowly your body begins to break down. Your body had a finite quantity of enzymes it is like slowly emptying a bank account. This is what people call aging. Most people eat a cooked food and processed food diet; in other words, an enzyme-less diet. This is why most people are sick, over-weight, and low in energy. The body cannot break down and use fats without the proper enzymes, and must instead surround that fat with water and store it somewhere in the body. This is also what the body does with toxins and anything else it does not recognize as food (preservatives, pesticides many of the things common in processed and cooked foods). This is one of core reasons for the massive obesity problem in America today. Humans are the only creatures on earth who eat their food without its natural enzymes (i.e.: cooked food) Flooding your body with powerful enzymes is the second main key in the Living Vibration system - one we will explore more in depth later on. Principle 3 - Frequency and Vital Living Energies


What is life? Well, thats a loaded question - however, if we want to answer that simply by objective observation we could say life is movement, and more specifically: Vibration.

Every biological being thats LIVING, is vibrating. The cells of the living organisms are constantly vibrating, and the membranes of the cells of human beings have a mind-blowing micro-vibration of over 1 million times per second! (1MHz) Pioneering biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief, has done some of the most ground breaking work in this area, in which he points out how cells communicate through frequencies and vibrations. Scientists can measure the frequency of the body and all its living organs. This is like a measure of the over-all energy levels present in the cells. Most of the vital organs in your body have a frequency of 60 to 80 Hz. The cells in your brain, in an awake state, have a frequency of 80 Hz. Other vital organs like the liver and kidneys have a frequency of around 60 Hz. Research now is beginning to discover that healthy cells turn into cancer cells when they are no longer able to vibrate beyond a frequency of 40Hz. Most people consume a diet with foods that do not vibrate beyond a frequency of 20 Hz! Which contributes to lack of energy, a lower immune system, and less life in your body (which even affects your thoughts and feelings). Following simple logic it would make sense that the formula for abundant health and energy would be quite simple: If you want to be ALIVE, consume and surround yourself with ALIVENESS. And we can define Aliveness by something that has an energy field of at least 60 Hz, and gives you more energy than you need to use it. By consuming foods that are low in energy, they actually deplete the body instead of filling it with energy.

Im not sure where you are in your life. Personally Ive spent many years in this area, trying to figure out how my body really works. When I finally begin to put the pieces of the puzzle together, all of this started to make sense; I remember the first time when I really began to feel the energetic differences in my body. I was bouncing off the walls. Ive never really been seriously ill, as I am still young, however many members of my family have been, and I have lost a couple to Cancer. Maybe you know some of these things already; perhaps they are new to you. What I want to communicate most of all to you in this chapter is this: You are free. Your health is in your hands. The only requirement is that you have a human body. If you are human and are reading or watching this right now, then this qualifies you for unlimited health and abundance. Your body is truly a miracle and will do all the healing for you, once it is properly understood. Today we live in a world that is flooded with misinformation about health. A world where we are taught to FEAR our bodies and mistrust them. We are taught that our bodies are fragile; that we have to be careful or we might get some virus or bug that will attack us. Were taught we need drugs and pills to get better, and that the only people that understand our bodies are doctors and experts. Were taught to hand over our power to other people. Were taught that the older you get, the more shriveled your body become, your hair turns gray and you must accept pain and the breaking down of the body as a natural process. This couldnt be further from the truth!

A friend of mine once told me a story that once opened my mind up. It was a wake up call as to how deeply all this non-sense had been programmed into my mind. My friend was at a health seminar in which the presenter asked everyone to close his or her eyes. He then instructed everyone to imagine an 75 year old man, and describe him. Everyone began describing a gray haired man, hunched over, with a cane, etc. Everyone was then told to open their eyes. In front of them was a lean, muscular man with a full head of brown hair. A guy you could easily stick on the front cover of Mens Health Magazine. This is Steven, hes 75 years old, he can bench-press 200 lb. Everyone was speech-less. I hardly believed it at the time, however, since then Ive met numerous people in that age category who have been following these things a good part of their life, and they dont look like at all like what Ive been made to believe old age is suppose to look like. The main example being my own mother, who is now getting close to 50, yet she looks not over 30 - when we are out together sometimes people mistake her for my sister. This isnt because these people are superhuman, they just know, understand, and use these 3 principles weve talked about in their life. Now... I know this might be a lot to take in at once. Perhaps like me, youre just anxious to dive into this full throttle. Perhaps you are a bit concerned whether this is for you, whether you can do it. Perhaps you might be feeling some resistance to this because it seems like it requires changing too many things in your life or like this is just another fad diet or something. If so, Ive got good news for you. This stuff is addictive. :-)

You dont have to turn your whole life upside down to get amazing results; its EASY to start using this... When you just apply the first Step, (in the next video), you will begin to FEEL better right away, in fact, as you do it more, you may begin to feel better than youve EVER felt before. Its almost impossible not to. This one little step takes only 5 minutes to do every-day, and will begin to infuse your body with living enzymes, living vibration and a flood of nutrients, minerals, and living vitamins. When this happens, you simply begin to get addicted to feeling great, and slowly are more and more motivated to live this way. What Ive come to realize is that its IMPOSSIBLE to get to health by trying to resist your present addictions. If youre in love with eating meat, pizza, and beer, giving that life-style up cold turkey will only work for a few days, or weeks before the habit slingshots back into your life. Human beings are creatures of habit. In other words, were all junkies. Addicted to living life and patterns a certain way every day. Thats just our nature. So instead of fighting an inner battle with yourself, why not just effortlessly develop a new addiction to incredible health? This is done by introducing these steps, one step at a time, little by little, into your daily routine. Its easy, fun, and the effects are very powerful. Its hard to describe this process, what happens as you apply this into your life is a deep mental, physical, and spiritual transformation. Little by little you feel better and better, your life begins to change for the better in all areas, because everything is connected. And as that begins to change, its easier and easier to bring these elements into your life on a bigger scale. So you dont have to worry about giving up foods you love, or old habits, youll find that slowly over time, as you apply these things, those negative habits will develop into positive, health affirming ones. You and your body will lose interest

Hey! And were back! Did you enjoy that video? I hope so; weve tried to make it as clear and simple as possible. So now, let me tell you my story behind this, Before implementing this into my life I thought I was an extremely healthy individual... little did I know - I was missing the last piece of a puzzle I have been assembling my whole life. Before this, I would STILL get sick from time to time, despite everything I was doing and everything I knew like a getting a cold or running nose. After implementing this, I NEVER got sick again, ever. When this piece of the puzzle came in, my health went to a completely new level. My energy levels shot through the roof; my immune system became super strong. The reason why Green smoothies are so powerful is because they flood your body with vital nutrients, vitamins, and energy that its silently starving for. When I say FLOOD your body with vital nutrients, I really mean it, you will feel the results within a day or two and they can be quite dramatic. This concept was discovered and really made famous by a woman who I really respect and is a pioneer in this field: Victoria Boutenko, author of a fantastic book thats made this concept very popular and understandable, called Green for Life. Basically Victoria spent the bulk of her life searching for ways to help her family attain a level of amazing health. Her story is really quite amazing and I wont do it justice here, however in short, her and her family started out from a really dreadful place, they were all sick and basically dying, her husband and her two children. Her son had diabetes and was facing a lifetime of insulin injections, her daughter had asthma and her husband had severe arthritis and chronic fatigue.

They have not only cured all their problems, theyve now become some of the most amazingly healthy people on the planet. They did all this by following many of the principles that well talk about here... but most of all Victoria found that Green Smoothies are one the most powerful ways to heal and nurture the body, and basically flood it with living vitamins and nutrients. In her book, Green for Life, Victoria talks about her journey in trying to discover the missing link in the perfect human diet. To make a long story short: she found it. And the way she did that, was by coming to a simple conclusion, that Im sure you and I may agree on as well Human beings, have completely strayed from our natural diet and eating habits. Were lost. Hehe, and if you do a study on the human diet, it doesnt take long to come to that conclusion. If you look at all the ways people eat around the world, its clear that human beings are the only species that dont have a natural diet. In short... were at a point where well eat anything! From fruit to fried squid to cheese, dirt, clay, fried slugs, chicken, beef, and fruit-loops. So its really no wonder as to why people are dying left right and center from irreversible diseases. I think its safe to say that if we knew what our NATURAL diet was, wed be healthier, stronger, and have more energy. We are the only species that contracts life-threatening diseases. Animals in the wild dont get cancer; they die from old age. And if you look at animals in the wild, they have a simple diet, if you ask someone what a Deer or a Lion eats, the answers are simple. Fruit-loops are definitely not on the list. So to make a long story short, what Victoria did was study the closest primates to humans, she figured that Chimpanzees are the closest link to natural wild human beings on the Planet. And its true, in fact Chimpanzees are fascinating, they have their own sign language, they use tools and even have a culture of their own. Most people think of Chimpanzees as wild crazy animals with bananas throwing poo at people in the Zoo - when actually theyre amazingly intelligent beings.

Anyway, Victoria figured that if she studied the diet of wild Chimpanzees, she could get closer to finding what the missing link in the human diet is. What she found was amazing. While we think that Chimpanzees would eat bananas and fruit... 50% of the wild Chimpanzee diet is comprised of GREENS. Heres a chart comparing the chimpanzee diet on the left... and the Standard American Diet on the right. To make another long story short, after a lot of testing and research, Victoria found that the missing link in the human diet is the intake of dark green leafy vegetables. These are plants like Spinach, Kale, and Chard. Leafy greens are the most over-looked super-food in existence today. Just to give you an idea of how powerful leafy greens are: The recommended daily intake for Vitamin A is 900 micrograms. A single pound of raw kale has 21,000 micrograms of Vitamin A! The recommended daily intake for vitamin K is 120 micrograms. A single pound of raw kale has 3,720 micrograms of vitamin K We could keep going down the list as this just goes on and on, leafy greens are LOADED with vital nutrients, vitamins and minerals that will infuse your body with healing energy Leafy greens are also abundant in amino acids and proteins, making it the perfect source of protein, as opposed to animal protein, which is highly destructive to the body. Your body will gain more from a single bunch of leafy greens than you would get from a truck-load of any other food or synthetic supplement. Now one might think that the occasional slice of lettuce in a salad is an adequate supply of greens. Its not; its far from it. Victoria found that a tremendous health shift happens when a human being begins to consume at least TWO big bunches of dark leafy greens every day. Thats really what we should be eating. And youve got to eat the darkest leaves possible like Kale, Spinach, Chard, and other varieties (iceberg

lettuce just isnt going to do the job as well). Going back to the Chimpanzee example, half of their diet is comprised of greens. Even if you look at the average health diet, the average vegetarian or vegan has usually less than 10% of greens in it... and theres a reason for it... Because theres a BIG problem with all of this: When most people think of greens they get disgusted, after all it sounds just like another eat your veggies speech your mother would tell you over dinner. Lets face it, most of us find greens disgusting and unpalatable, I did myself. This is because as a species we have become so unaccustomed to eating greens, and so accustomed to eating cooked processed foods that its darn nearly impossible to chew and eat these greens. Its also because most of our bodies have become more acidic than alkaline, and greens are highly alkaline. The alkaline taste is too big of a contrast for our acidic bodies created by an acid diet. I may have said this before, but Ill repeat myself here... Human beings, are the only species on the planet, that eat their food without vital living enzymes, because we COOK 90% of our food. Which kills the enzymes. This is the process that has made us so unaccustomed to eating alkaline foods like greens. The other problem is this: To truly get the flood of nutrients available from greens youve got to be able to rupture the cell membranes of the plants (which are very tough), and of course they have to be un-cooked. If you just eat dark leafy greens in a salad, youre leaving 90% of the nutrients untouched Yes, Chimpanzees and Gorillas too, eat a lot of Greens. However, they spend a BIG portion of their day CHEWING the greens to get all the nutrients out of the plant. Nowadays, I dont think you can find anyone who has 6 hours to spare every day for chewing!

So the big main problems are: It tastes bad, and two youve got to chew it to get to the nutrients. Well, in her revolutionary book, Victoria Boutenko tackled both problems with a single solution, which she calls the Green Smoothie The Green Smoothie formula is simple This is what youve seen in the videos earlier. Get some dark leafy greens and some sweet fruit, like in this video, bananas, pineapple, pears, and grapes. In this video I use just a couple bananas and really ripe pears. Stick it all in a blender with some water. Now for beginners, the more fruit you add the better, stick to a rough formula of 60% fruit and 40% greens, and if thats still too strong for you, just increase the amount of fruit. If you are feeling adventurous start at 50% of each! Then you simply blend it, and serve. Something AMAZING happens when you do this. The Green Smoothie tackles both of those problems because: 1)First, it tastes Amazing. Its like drinking a fruity slushy. We do this every morning, add some ice and it tastes better than a slurpee, the green taste completely goes away, and you just taste the fruit. 2) You liquefy the greens, which means rupturing all the cell membranes in the plant and releasing the vitamins, amino acids, and vital living nutrients from the plants. It is also much easier for your body to digest, in general. 3) Drinking green smoothies, you can easily dramatically increase your in-take of greens. And as you do, youll notice the same incredible effects on your health that greens have. Take my word for it, this one thing will absolutely change your life, I have seen sick people get incredibly healthy in a matter of weeks, Ive seen people that could never lose weight no matter what they did suddenly get lean and beautiful,

Ive seen people cure mental illnesses and come to a point of stability and mental clarity. The simple fact is Victoria really nailed it; this is the missing link in the human diet. When you increase your intake of dark leafy greens, your body begins to transform and rejoice, because its been silently starving and craving them for years. They key is to do it, and to do it often. To have at least 2 big green smoothies per day.

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ


Before we end this section, I have to tell you one important thing. When you start drinking green smoothies, youve got to CYCLE your greens. What this means is, dont stick to one type of greens forever, for example, if you fall in love with Spinach. Again, this is because, human beings have become so disconnected from their natural instincts, our bodies are not attuned to a certain sense... You see in the wild, all plants and greens have a tiny quantity of a natural toxin in them. They have this toxin to protect themselves to make sure they are not eaten all at once, and wiped out. Naturally, if you keep eating the same plant in one area of the jungle, the toxin will build up in your body or the body of the animal grazing, and the animal will move on to the next area of the jungle and leave those plants alone, because it naturally knows to do that. However - were so un-attuned with our bodies that we dont have that instinct. For example, if you eat too much Kale for 3-4 months in a row, you will notice your thyroid glands may become sore. This is NATURAL, and NORMAL

You simply have to cycle your greens. Try kale for one week, spinach the other, green chard, red chard, dandelion, lambs-quarters, there are many, many types of dark leafy greens and you can even follow some of the green smoothie recipes at the end of this chapter in this manual. And finally... Please never, never, never drink a green smoothie if your body doesnt agree with it, if you get a strong response to NOT drink a certain type of green, dont do it. For example, I still cannot and will never drink mustard greens (but could be a great addition to a salad when you are looking for variety). Some people cant stand cilantro. Its good to listen to your body, theres usually a reason for it and your body knows best. If the taste is too green it might mean you simply didnt add enough fruit. Just modify the recipe and add more fruit and that will solve the problem What you will find as you drink more and more green smoothies is that your body naturally will become more alkaline and used to the taste, and more and more, youll actually find yourself CRAVING greens on a day to day basis. So thats it for the first part of this program, I hope you learned a lot and are inspired to start using this in your life. Thats all there is to it. Here are some of them: First of all, sprouting is truly an ancient health secret, it goes back as far as 3,000 BC, the Chinese were eating bean sprouts on a regular basis. The whole process of aging and degenerative disease isnt really a mystery anymore, scientists and leading biologists have already figured it out, contrary to what big pharmaceutical organizations would like to have you believe. The process of aging can be simply defined as:

The Depletion of the Bodys Natural Enzymes, and the Oxidization of The Cells
When you start feeding your locomotive (your body) wet logs(dead enzymes) instead of coal (living enzymes) the body begins to break down. The body will now try to grab its enzymes from elsewhere, leeching it from other parts of your body.... and so the body begins to break down. According to pioneering enzymologist Edward Howell, M.D., the author of Enzyme Nutrition, youthfulness depends upon the quantity and strength of enzymes present in the body. The more endogenous (internal) enzymes the digestive system requires to break down food, he explains, the lower the inner reserves of metabolic enzymes. They are very unstable and tend to disrupt the normal activity of anything they get close to. Unfortunately, free radicals are created by the processed oils and cooked fats in the modern SAD diet.

Reversing Aging
Sprouts offer a complete package for restoring the body and reversing the aging process. Because sprouts are loaded with living enzymes, AND antioxidants. Vitamins A, C, and E prevent the oxidation of fats in the blood, thus inhibiting the formation of free radicals in the body. So far in this course weve talked about implementing proven strategies into your life to take your health, energy, and immune system to the next level. In this section I want to introduce you to another very important step. However, this is kind of a de-implementation... There are things you can do to create an amazing level of health, and, there are also things you can NOT DO. In fact, if you simply STOP doing this, you will notice an improvement in your well-being, and your body will thank you for it to no end. Its a little bit of a touchy, sensitive subject for some people...so I hope youll please stick with me as I explain some of the science behind this. Here it is: If you want amazing health, Youve got to stop drinking milk. Or consuming any kind of dairy product, really. Okay... now, if you already dont drink milk, heck, you can probably skip this. However, if youre an avid milk and dairy fan, Ive got some news for you. Now I can hear you thinking What? Milk? I thought milk was good for you?

Unfortunately, just like myself many years ago, that line of thought is the result of probably one of the greatest crimes on this planet, committed by the dairy industry. Since we were young weve been hammered by advertising telling us to drink milk. Were all familiar with the famous Got Milk? commercials that usually use fear to motivate people to drink milk. Drink milk or your body will fall apart is usually the undertone subconscious message. However, this couldnt be further from the truth. The truth is, drinking cows milk is one of the most devastating things you can do for your body and for your digestive system, next to being a full blown alcoholic or drinking Drano fluid on a regular basis. This fact goes completely against the grain of the status-quo, however, once we realize that the status-quo is simply the result of well designed marketing by an industry bent on profit, its not that hard to see through the misinformation into the true nature of whats going on. Perhaps the greatest leader and expert in this area is Dr T. Colin Campbell, author of a groundbreaking book called The China Study. Dr Campbell is a respected nutrition and health researcher, and is a man whos devoted his life to exploring sickness and health, and revealing the truth behind special interest groups, government entities and scientists that have taken Americans down a deadly path. In his groundbreaking book, he reveals the atrocities committed by the food industry in America. The bottom line is: The food industry is owned by corporations And by now, at this point in history, its pretty obvious that corporations and their CEOs dont have the peoples livelihood in their interest in the slightest way. Its all about the money. They will lie, cheat, put scientists and lobbyists on the payroll to bend the facts in their favor to keep the scam going.

Im not going to lay the whole conspiracy theory out here, if you care about your body and your life, I highly, highly, recommend you get his book The China Study - everybody in America should own a copy of that book. Dr Campbell illustrates for people how the reality of the food industry works, and how the very government entities people trust to protect their health, such as the Food And Drug Administration are in fact corrupt beyond measure. Its definitely worth a read. The conclusion you might come to, after you read the whole story, is that you shouldnt hand anyone the authority to be the expert when it comes to your health Not a doctor, not a corporation, an industry, or a government entity. Not even me. If you want to take your health in your own hands, thats exactly what youve got to do, take it into your own hands. And it starts by you getting the truth, researching, and getting the facts. So lets look at some of the myths associated with drinking milk, and true facts, supported by scientific research and dietary study.

Myth: Milk is an excellent source of calcium, so you should drink it for healthy bones
This is the central point of the entire dairy advertising... all those ads motivating people to drink milk for a stronger body. Parents and young children are especially targeted, what parent in their right mind would deprive their children of the magical vital calcium in cows milk after all?

The truth is, milk is not only a TERRIBLE source of calcium, it does the opposite... Yes, cows milk has calcium in it, however it is a little-known fact that this calcium is in a form that is indigestible to the human body. The calcium in milk is bonded to casein, a protein. In order to digest this calcium, it must be separated from the casein using two bodily enzymes: rennin and lactase. Baby mammals produce these enzymes so that they can digest their mothers milk properly, but once they reach an age where milk should no longer be a part of their diet, their bodies stop producing these now obsolete enzymes. Humans over the age of three years old no longer produce rennin at all, and 75% of people stop producing lactase as well. Without these enzymes, the calcium cannot be separated from the protein, and is therefore useless to the human body. Because cows milk is such a foreign and indigestible food to the human body, it creates a very acidic environment in the body. The body cannot survive when it becomes overly acidic, so it will do ANYTHING to maintain its natural balance.

When faced with this dangerous crisis, calcium stores (i.e. the bones) are raided in order to reduce the acidity. This calcium cannot be reabsorbed, and is later excreted by the kidneys. Bottom line: Milk doesn't give your body calcium; it promotes calcium depletion and bone disease. In his book, The China Study, Dr. Campbell provides extensive reports, which are quite staggering: Drinking milk is linked and may be the main cause of osteoporosis (a type of bone disease). Interesting Fact: The highest levels of dairy consumption occur in the Western world, which also has the highest number of osteoporosis sufferers. Very few, if any, dairy products are consumed in Eastern countries such as China and Japan, which also happen to have the worlds lowest rates of osteoporosis. So claims that dairy products are essential for combating this disease would not seem to be held up by these examples.

Myth: Milk is a Natural necessary part of the Human Diet


Lets just put our common sense glasses on for a moment. You may have heard this trick question when you were a kid:

What do cows drink? Milk! Was my first answer when I was 4 years old, only to have my friend laugh at me and correct me Cows drink WATER. Only baby cows drink milk, for a very short time. Cows milk is meant for baby cows. It is an essential dietary requirement for baby cows, and even then, only for a little while. WHY.... for the love of Pete... should human beings drink Cows Milk? Human beings are the only species that drinks milk into adulthood. We are also the only species that drinks the milk of another species!? Imagine driving down a farm road, its been a long day, and your thirsty... Over to your left you see some cows. Would your natural instinct be to stop the car, run over to the cow, and suck on its nipples? I dont know about you, but count me out! Im sure theres some kind of fetish group out there into that kind of thing, to me it just seems a little weird. But if someone milks the cow, boils the milk, treats it with chemicals and preservatives and puts it into a bottle and on a supermarket shelf, somehow it makes it okay?

Myth: Its got lots of other great stuff thats good for you!
Milk has been linked to countless diseases, including cancer, type 1 diabetes when given to children (in fact the medical profession does not recommend cows milk under 1-year-old), multiple sclerosis associated with Vitamin D deficiency, and bone disease.

The simple fact is: Humans between two and five years old no longer require milk in any form, and have in fact lost the ability to digest it properly. Milk mostly acts as an inhibitor to health, it curdles in the intestines and forms film coating in your bowels, which prevents your digestive system from absorbing vital vitamins.

Milk is not designed to be broken down by the human digestive system. It can therefore lead to gastrointestinal problems such as bloating, stomach cramps, and wind. It also increases mucus formation, leading to catarrh, chronic coughs, and sinus blockage. If youve got sinus problems, stop eating dairy, and watch what happens! There is also a worrying link with certain types of cancer, due to the hormones given to non-organic dairy cows in order to encourage excess milk production. These hormones are present in the milk from these cows, and are therefore consumed by whoever drinks it.

What You Can Do Now

If that does not fit into your schedule or budget then at least PLEASE explore the non milk alternatives you can find in most health food stores, and even supermarkets rice, almond, Soya milk etc. They are not the final health minded choice (as they are cooked and processed) but are much much healthier than cows milk. And finally, if you simply cant quit drinking milk, at least find a organic source of milk to avoid drinking all the nasty hormones they pump into non-organic cows. The same goes for cheese.

Food! Its all about what we eat. And so far weve covered some very important points. Weve talked about how living enzyme depletion affects the body. Im sure you can remember the example I gave of the locomotive speeding down the railroad track. The main reason why we dont get enough living enzymes, living energy in your diet, is because most of the things we eat are COOKED. Cooking food destroys 80% to 100% of the enzymes, vitamins and minerals in the food. And whatever is left over after that is usually much harder for the body to digest and use to give you life. In my immediate circle of friends, I have a friend whos lost 35 pounds and went from being over-weight to lean and healthy He didnt even do any exercising, just drank a lot of green smoothies and included more raw foods in his diet. These are just my personal stories, you can find hundreds more on the web. Rapid healing of irreversible diseases is no longer an unexplainable miracle. Your health is in your hands, and raw food is the primary tool for healing. Im not saying everyone will be healed by this diet, there are sometimes more complicated things involved in the body, personal will and desire to live and be healthy and happy plays a key role. Raw food is the beginning of a completely new way of living, a new way of being. Its difficult to explain what your body feels like when youre on a raw food diet, its a bit like trying to explain to someone whos never smelt a rose before, what a rose smells like. First of all, all the digestive stuff most people normally feel and complain completely transforms when youre on a raw food diet, or eat more raw food. After a raw food meal you feel LIGHT and ENERGIZED. When you eat cooked food, its natural to feel sleepy and tired, and want a nap, or want to rest and wind down, its something weve accepted as normal. Raw food has completely the opposite effect on you. You feel energized, want to live, and dance, and do things. This is why most people who switch to a raw food diet 100% experience a complete life transformation in all dimensions of their lives in their relationships, their finances, their family. Everything begins to change when youre abundantly flooded with energy and have a zest for life; all parts of your life are connected. It all starts with what you eat!

Your bowel movements improve, everything moves through you much more cleanly. Your skin begins to look radiant, and your eyes begin to clear up. You can usually tell someone is a raw foodist when you look into their eyes; they have a sparkle in them. Its the same when you look at a young healthy baby. Healthy babies have that same sparkle in their eyes because they are brand new living beings, in bodies unpolluted by years of toxic food. Your sex drive and sexual stamina also improves. When my wife and I first went raw thats one thing we noticed right away. We were in the bedroom 2-3 times a day as opposed to the normal 2-3 a week, and we could make love A LOT longer with more energy and enjoyment than usual. Those have been my own experiences, and I could talk for hours longer on how this has affect my life. By far what I enjoy most of all about raw foods is that it has created a level of calm and emotional stability n my life. Most people constantly go through huge ups and downs in their emotions. Even as someone who considered himself quite healthy I would often go through a period of couple days where I would feel down, and sometimes quite depressed, for no particular reason at all. The emotional roller coaster has ended and my body just feels good over-all, on a daily basis. Everything in your life is connected, your emotions, your finances, relationships, beliefs, drive, goals, etc. It makes sense when you start really taking care of the VEHICLE that you move through life with aka: your body your life begins to take on a different color in all areas. Its the difference between driving through countryside in an old car thats constantly running low gas, expelling lots of fumes, stuttering and puttering along, or with a sleek, smooth running, fast electric car. You wont get far in the first one and there will constantly be smoke around you. In the latter youll get a lot further, get a lot more attention and be able to see clearly.

The Challenge With Raw Food


I believe, from my personal experience, that raw food is the greatest thing you could do for your body. However, theres a reason why I didnt include it as the FIRST step in the program. I wanted to introduce you to TWO easy steps start experiencing the benefits of raw food first hand, immediately, so that you can feel the difference in your body. (If you haven't done at least the FIRST ONE (green smoothies) yet, please turn this off/stop reading, and go do it now!) The reason for that is because Raw Food isnt just a diet, its a way of life. And lets face it

Human Beings Are Creatures of Habit


Most of us find it hard to make big changes in our life. Especially around food. More accurately, we have habits around things we do on a regular basis, especially what we eat. And for many of us food has big emotional, social and even cultural attachments. Changing habits is a process, and its best taken one step at a time. Or more accurately one bite at a time If you go out and try to change your diet to a 100% raw food diet over-night, cold turkey, this is very challenging. Some people have done it successful, like the Boutenko Family (www.RawFamily.com), however, most people fail, including myself. The reason for that is because eating cooked food is a habit. A habit is a deeply ingrained action on a subconscious level that we do. Changing habits takes some time, and if you try to change a deep habit like what you eat, overnight, you will usually encounter some deep resistance from your subconscious mind, on an emotional level. There is a certain emotional addiction to cooked food which plays a role too.

Raw Food is Also Addictive!


Raw food is also addictive, in a different way The more raw food you eat, the better you feel it takes time, but as you introduce more raw meals into your life, your mind begins to link the difference between what you normally eat, and raw food. You eat raw food, you feel fantastic You eat cooked food, you feel heavy, sleepy, groggy, emotionally irritable Over some time, you will begin to be naturally drawn to raw living foods, and wont feel an affinity for cooked or processed food anymore.

What To Do Now
So knowing this, how do you start your own journey into raw foods? (Or take it further if youre already on it?) I suggest no one goes cold turkey and switches their whole diet to a raw food diet over-night, unless you ABSOLUTELY feel drawn to and are in a life/death situation. Many people have done this, especially people who are really ill and want to change NOW and have no time to waste and their life depends on it. What I suggest, is that you eat what you normally eat and slowly try out Raw Food. Introduce it into your life (maybe one meal a day or a couple of times a week). If you make the right food, delicious food, you will quickly get addicted to the feeling of health, excess energy, and vitality.

Most people make the mistake of thinking raw food is all about eating salads, and little bits of fruit here and there! Heck no! In fact I dont like salads and hardly ever eat them. The number one mistake people make is they just dont have the right recipes to start with; they make raw food that simply isnt delicious. Never eat something thats not delicious to you! It has to taste good and be enjoyable! Otherwise this is a recipe for failure and youll quickly lose motivation to try this new life-style. The truth is:

You just have to have some recipes, and you can make some really darn tasty things, I now prefer many raw meals over cooked meals purely for the taste You can make raw veggie burgers with yummy sauce, Thai wraps, chocolate puddings, sweets, cakes, candy, spaghetti, pasta Alfredo fettuccine, delicious soup, sushi, theres no limit! Im about to introduce you to a couple of these recipes in the next video! The bottom line thing to remember is this: If it doesnt taste good, dont eat it, eat only raw food that tastes good to you and you find your body is drawn to eat it. Dont force yourself to eat it. This is NOT about eating your veggies and being a good little girl or boy. This is what comes up for some people when they think of this they just get a flashback of heir parents shoving broccoli down their throats! This is about eating FANTASTIC DELICIOUS FOOD and FEELING GREAT.

Understanding Detox
Every ancient culture that has mastered health on some level, such as many of the Eastern cultures, understands and uses this concept and uses it thoroughly. Its called detoxification. In other words, the process by which your body removes toxins stored in the body. How that process looks like, feels like, and why its important. Understanding this process is a very important key to attaining a level of amazing health, let me explain why: You see the average person is exposed to more toxins throughout their life than ever before in human history. These toxins are stored in the body as we absorb them through the food we eat, water we drink and the air we breathe. If you dont already eat a 100% organic diet, now is the time to make this shift because more and more people are dying from these toxic chemicals. Food that is not organic is exposed to high levels of pesticides and other toxic junk. So much of our food is covered and filled with toxins from pesticides that its a miracle were still here. Some of these toxins include metabolic waste, heavy metals, pathogenic organisms, and volatile organic compounds. Though every cell in the body is able to go through its own detoxification, it is the liver, lymph, skin, brain, and gastrointestinal tract that are key in this process.

Your Body is Always Detoxing


These toxins are extremely harmful, and many of them are proven cancercausing toxins. So the bodys natural tendency is to remove them from your system. However, because of the modern acidic, low energy, low life SAD diet (Standard American Diet) the detox process in most people has slowed down by such a rate that its almost on stand by. So toxins are building up at a faster rate than the body can dispose of them. A key to the detox process is the state of your blood, if youre acidic, dehydrated, enzyme depleted, your blood will be thick and clumped together, unable to move toxins out of the body at a fast rate. The Detox System Turns On Big time


If youve been using this system as instructed over the past few days, and perhaps weeks, you may already be experiencing the symptoms of detox. As your blood becomes cleaner, as your system is more hydrated and filled with life, the body will naturally kick its detox mechanism into full gear. When this happens, a lot of stored built up toxins in the body re-enter into your blood stream to be processed and expelled out of your body.

This manifests as many symptoms. The most common are headaches, aches and pains, feeling irritable, congestion, in severe cases vomiting, sweating, fevers, and dizziness. Often you may find yourself re-experiencing symptoms of diseases or sickness youve had in the past. If you find yourself in a detox phase, please remember these things: 1) Congratulate yourself! This means you are doing good things and your body is finally trying to cleanse itself. If you dont know or understand the detox process, its very easy to assume that perhaps youre doing something wrong or that the food youre eating is not good for you. On the contrary, youre doing something very good for your body and its finally expelling the crap stuck in your system. 2) Be Patient, and Take it Easy Detoxing is a serious bodily process and can be very intense. Whats important to remember is that it wont last forever. The heaviest bursts of detox are right in the very beginning. If youve been living a very unhealthy life-style and have not been eating greens or raw foods for a long time, be prepared for some detox. Detox can last a day or two, and sometimes even a week. Drink lots of water during the detox phase and be patient with yourself. Go to sleep and take a nap if necessary. You might even want to take a day off from work and go for a walk in nature while your body cleanses itself. When the detox period is over, you will experience a new level of mental clarity, rejuvenation and energy. Remember that this is the bodys attempt to create clarity in your life. Its helpful during this time to reflect on your life and see how this process relates to all other parts of your life... where in your outside life do you have toxic build up that needs to be brought to the surface?

Being prepared and understanding this process as a GOOD thing is a key to sticking with all these new changes youre implementing into your life, otherwise it can become discouraging if you dont know whats going on. So besides just naturally going with the flow of the detox process... what can you DO to rid your body of years of toxin build up?

Zeolite - The Magic Detox Food


You see, the bodys natural detox process is powerful, yet some of the chemicals stored in the body are so awful that it takes years for them to leave the body, some of them stay for a life-time. If you truly want to cleanse your body and get all the toxic crap out of there, you need some extra tools to do it. I have searched for a long time to find out what I can do to cleanse my body, and have tried numerous things... I have found nothing to be as powerful as taking Zeolite. Zeolites are not technically clay, they come from fresh volcanic rock like the ones you would find in Hawaii. Zeolites have been used for centuries throughout Asia to promote overall health and well-being. The bottom line is... Zeolite is extremely powerful at cleansing the body: It has an extraordinary ability to remove heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, arsenic, lead, and aluminum. What To Do Now
Go online, and order some liquid zeolite. You will probably have to go online to order it as this is something that is not always readily available at health food stores (even in the health industry this is new information). Unless you go to specialty supplement stores. Zeolites are not only available in traditional powered forms, they are now available in super-ground, micro-ionized liquid form. This way they are much more bio-available and are more easily assimilated into the body. I suggest you use liquid zeolite. Recommended Usage Zeolite is extremely potent. Start by taking 3 to 5 drops, 3 times per day, with 1 ounce of drinking water per drop. You can build up to taking about 10 to 15 drops, 3 times per day. Personally I just eye it and pour some into a cup of water (1/2 1 tsp).

Living Water
One of the most important things you can do for your body, is to change the water you drink. Just by changing the water you drink, you can transform your body and take it to a level of vitality, energy, and happiness like youve never imagined before. Let me explain to you a little bit of the cutting edge science behind water. First of all, lets look at whats obvious.

Human beings are made of 70%-80% water!


If you dont get enough water, your body will become dehydrated, and you will die. Obviously water is important. Everyone knows that! However what is not obvious is that there is more to water than meets the eye. Not all water is equal. And as well explore, some water is ALIVE and promotes health in the body, and some water is DEAD and promotes imbalance, disease, and accelerated aging of the body. If water is so important to the survival of the body, what would happen inside your body if we applied what weve talked about in this course already, in terms of living energy and living vibration? What happens when you start drinking living water?

What is living water?


You see, most of the liquids people put in their bodies these days are completely devoid of life, depleted of energy. These liquids actually have an oxidizing effect in your body, meaning they promote free radical activity and age your body faster!

These are things like tap water, bottled water, pop, coffee, all things we drink on a regular basis and dont think twice about. Let me explain a bit of the science to you There are 4 properties to water which determine how alive it is: 1) Its Acidity Level (pH balance) 2) Its Molecular Structure 3) Its Charge 4) Consciousness (Breakthrough stuff!) Acidity Level As weve mentioned before, the body has a very important acidity balance. This is measured on the pH scale, with 1 being super acidic, and 14 being super alkaline. The bodys natural pH balance is a little bit off 7 pH (slightly alkaline) This acidic balance is so important that if it changes just by a little bit, it can cause serious problems in the body. Pioneering scientists in the nutritional field now agree that the imbalance in the acidity level of the body is the main cause of all diseases! Most people eat a very acid diet, which puts enormous stress on the body as it tries to survive. One of the things the body does to maintain alkalinity is it tries to leech calcium reserves in your bones, as introducing calcium into the system helps maintain alkalinity. This is why people shrink and get more frail as they get older! Most of the water people drink is extremely, extremely acidic! This includes all bottled water and even bottled spring water which most people think is healthy. This is one of the key reasons why people are getting sicker and sicker and sicker. In a moment, when we watch the video in this section, I will show you just how acidic these different drinks are, with some testing. When you begin to drink living, alkaline water, your health shoots through the roof. If we are 70% water, what better source of alkalinity is there than water?

Molecular Structure The second important property of water is its molecular structure. Also referred to as the surface tension of water. What this basically means is how clumped together are the water molecules? How water organizes on a molecular level is largely dependent on its electric charge, and has a tremendous impact on your body, let me explain: Most of us learn in school that water is made up of 3 atoms, 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen: H2O However, these molecules dont hang out by themselves, they form groups and stick together. Unhealthy water has LARGE molecule clumps where water molecules hang out in groups of 60 to 100 molecules per group. When you drink this water, most of it just goes right through you, because your body cannot absorb it on a micro-cellular level. The clumps of molecules are just too great, and the surface area of the molecule clumps is smaller. In other words, its like trying to fit a giant square peg through a small round whole. This is why when you drink bottled water, you are still constantly thirsty and dehydrated. Most health experts will tell you to drink 8 cups of water a day, however, its hard for people to follow this advice when even if they do that, they constantly feel thirsty and dehydrated! Most of the water we have available has these large molecule structures, its dead water. Living water has small halogenic molecular structures of 6-10 molecules per group, it is 100% more absorbable by the body than dead water. Electric Charge

Possibly the most important property of water is its electric charge. What do the paramedics do when someones heart stops beating? They bring out the defibrillator, and try to shock the heart back into life with electric charge. Its a little looked at fact that the human body is a network of electric communications. Without electricity, it dies, all the cells and nerves in the body communicate through a series of tiny electric pulses. One of the reasons why most people walk around like zombies, feeling depressed and out of energy is because they have no charge left in their bodies, theyre running on empty. Have you ever gone for a walk in nature, and felt rejuvenated and renewed? Or taken a breath of fresh outdoor air and felt better? One of the main reasons for that feeling rejuvenation and over-all better wellbeing is the level of ions outdoors. Ions are particles that have electric charge to give to your body. Most of the air in-doors in the homes we live in, and offices we work at, is positively charged, which is the opposite of what we want. Positive ions strip energy from our bodies, promote free radical damage and accelerated aging. Its no wonder were naturally drawn to being outdoors, who doesnt love nature? One of the most sought after places to live today is the Vilcabamba Valley in Ecuador, an area with an abnormally high amount of negative ions in the air. I dont mean that in the way Ive so far, in terms of having better properties, I mean that in the literal sense, water is a living being. And theres scientific proof! The man who brought this work to the forefront a Japanese scientist by the name of Masaru Emoto. Hes now world famous for this work and has been featured in many documentary films about water and quantum physics, including What the Bleep do We Know!? If youre not familiar with it, let me tell you a bit first, however, if youre interested in this kind of stuff, I strongly recommend you Google him and get his books.

Masaru Emoto

What he did is performed controlled experiments where he would put labels on different water containers (like LOVE, or HATE), or have groups of people talk to water, sing to water, or project different thoughts at the water. He even set the containers up in the subway where thousands of people passed every day and looked at the water, while reading the labels. Green Smoothies / Coconut Smoothies


The green smoothie formula is quite simple. For beginners stick to a formula of 60%-70% fruit, and the rest dark leafy greens, like Spinach, Kale, Chard, etc) Heres a couple green smoothie recipes, very similar to the one Silya made in the video:

Strawberry Spinach Wonder


1 Healthy Bunch of Spinach (about 1 lb) 2 cups of Strawberries 1-2 Bananas Add 1 2 Cups of Water (enough to make it a smooth liquid consistency) Blend until all ingredients are liquified. If smoothie still tastes Strong(green), add more fruit to balace out the taste until it tastes sweet and delcious

1 Bunch of Kale (refer to the how to video on the DVD to see what a bunch looks like) 2 Ripe Pears 2 Ripe Bananas Add 1 2 Cups of Water (enough to make it a smooth liquid consistency) Blend until everything is liquid, and serve. Add your favorite fruit to cater to your tastes, works great with strawberries, raspberries, peaches. Note on Blueberries: Avoid using blueberries when youre just starting out with this blueberry smoothies need to be consumed FAST because they have a gelatinous property and will basically turn your smoothie into jello if left out for more than a few minutes.

Coconut Smoothie
If you can get your hands on a young coconut like the one in the DVD video, one of the most powerful ways to get all the benefits of coconut and coconut oil as discussed in that section is to make a fresh Coconut Smoothie. The recipe for a Coconut Smoothie is very simple: Simply stick all the contents of a coconut into a blender.(water + meat), blend, and drink. You do not need to add any sweeteners or anything else, this alone is so sweet and delicious, and EXTREMELY energizing :-)

Raw Food Recipes


Here are the raw food recipes demonstrated in the Source of Miracles section.

Raw Brownies
1 1/2 cups walnuts 10 medjool dates 1/2 cup cacao powder Ground Vanilla Beans (optional) Pinch of Salt

Process walnuts until fine. Add remaining ingredients. Form onto plate and refrigerate until firm.

Mineralizing Miso Soup


5 brazil nuts 1 teaspoon powdered sea veggies-kelp, dulse, sea lettuce 1/2 cup squash, cut into chunks 1 Tablespoon coconut oil 1 clove garlic (or use ginger if you dont like garlic) 3 Tablespoons miso paste 4 cups of warm water 1 small chili or cayenne pepper In a high powered blender, blend up all ingredients. Add a splash of lemon if you like.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine: 2 Zucchini or 2 summer squash Alfredo: 1 1 1 3 2 2 2 cup cashews cup macadamia nuts cup pine nuts tbs. lemon juice cloves garlic tsp Nama Shoyu tbs. water

For the Fettuccine Noodles: 1. With a vegetable peeler, peel zucchini, and squash into long, think strips. These will be your noodles. Set aside in a large bowl For Alfredo Sauce: 1. Place the Alfredo ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy 2. Remove from processor and place in bowl with noodles

To Assemble: With your hands, blend the Alfredo sauce through the noodles. This will take a few minutes as the sauce will be thick. The water from the vegetables will help thin it out while you smooth it together with your hands.

Simple Raw Cake


1 cup soaked walnuts 1 cup dried fruit (dates,raised,pineapple, etc, up to you) 1 Ripe Banana 3-4 cup Pitted Dates 1 Mango 1/2 cup frozen strawberries Half an orange The Cake: Mix dried fruit and soaked walnuts in food processor until fine and dough like. Use this dough to make the base of the cake. Slice Banana in between to make layers like in the video(optional) The Topping: Throw remaining ingredients into blender, mix, and use as topping. Use coconut flakes or whatever your imagination comes up with to decorate your raw cake :-)

Amazing Seaweed Salad


Note: For someone who doesnt like salads, this is almost my favorite thing to eat these days, it tastes fantastic, and is really filling, youve got to try it! 1 cup Seaweed 1 cucumber 1 avocado 1 zucchini 1 tomato 1/4 red onion (depending on taste) 1/2 Orange (for the dressing The Seaweed: Soak the seaweed in water for 10-15 minutes. It will become soft and swell up much larger.

Salad: 1. Use a slicer to quickly slice up all ingredients, or use a knife to dice all ingredients, mix in a large bowl. 2. When the seaweed is ready (after its done soaking), dice it up and throw it in the mix. 3. Juice half an orange into the bowl instead of dressing, tastes fantastic!
