This is a form of Dutch that came from settlers many years ago. b _______________________________________ We have many hot and sunny days all year round. It rains mostly in summer, but it is still warm. We are in the Southern hemisphere, which means that we have our summer from December to February. c _______________________________________ We love having barbeques in South Africa. But we call them braais. We cook many different types of meat in this way, including sausage, lamb and beef. We also eat a lot of biltong. These are strips of dried salted meat. d _______________________________________ We have beautiful beaches in South Africa and many tourists go to our beaches all year round. We also have great wildlife safari parks. Here you can see many wild animals such as lions, elephants and giraffes. e _______________________________________ I love the sport in my country.
