Documents to be produced in Original and one set of photocopies at the time of Counselling (A) For Non-Sponsored Candidates List of documents to be produced at the time of Counselling 1. Qualifying Degree/ Provisional Degree certificate issued by University. 2. Bonafide certificate along with all engineering semester mark lists for final year appearing students. 3. Disability certificate issued by competent authority for Physically Challenged candidates. 4. Caste certificate ( ST/SC/OBC) and non creamy layer for OBC candidates * - Incase of candidates of OBC non creamy layer, the certificate must have been issued by the concerned authority on or after 1st April 2013. 5. 10th / 12th Mark sheet / Certificates as a proof of Date of Birth. 6. Two Number of recently taken passport size photos (with name and Unique ID on the back side of the photograph). (B) Sponsored Candidates List of documents to be produced at the time of Counselling 1. Qualifying Degree. 2. Caste certificate ( ST/SC/OBC) and non creamy layer for OBC candidates * - Incase of candidates of OBC non creamy layer, the certificate must have been issued by the concerned authority on or after 1st April 2013. 3. 10th / 12th Mark sheet / Certificates as a proof of Date of Birth. 4. Two Number of recently taken passport size photos (with name and Unique ID on the back side of the photograph). In addition, a. Sponsorship letter. b. Experience Certificate. c. Photocopy of appointment letter and joining order/ letter. d. Photocopy of twelve salary slips duly attested by sponsoring organization/ authority. e. Statement of salary payment for last one year duly attested by sponsoring organization/authority or bank statement for last one year showing credit of salary in the bank duly attested by the bank manager at the time of counseling. f. The sponsored candidates will have to bring an undertaking as per annexure-A on non-judicial stamp paper of worth Rs. 100/- along with a photocopy of the same at the time of counseling.
