Ah-Counter/Grammarian Intro [General Evaluator] Please stand and describe your duties this evening. [Grammarian] Thank you, Madam General Evaluator. Ladies and Gentlemen, my role as Ah Counter/Grammarian this evening will be to listen carefully to each person who speaks this evening. I will be looking for any ller words, such as Um or Ah, incorrect grammar, double-words, and other things that might detract from a speaker!s presentation. The goal of this is to help each speaker be more aware of these words, many of which are spoken unconsciously, so that we may all become better speakers. In addition, I will be noting each speaker!s use of the Word of the Day. That covers the scope of my duties. Madam General Evaluator, I return control of the oor to you.

Use this as a guide for presenting your report at the end of the meeting. This is a straightforward presentation of the report you logged throughout the meeting. Ah-Counter/Grammarian Report [General Evaluator] I call the Ah-Counter/Grammarian for her report. [Grammarian] Thank you, Madam General Evaluator. Ladies and Gentlemen, here is the grammarian report for this meeting. John Dough, you had three ums, two you knows, and once use of incorrect grammar: in your speech you said he ain!t gonna, which should have been he isn!t going to. Jill Smith, you had four ums, two ahs, but you used the word of the day three times! Excellent work. That concludes the Ah-Counter/Grammarian report and I return control of the oor to the General Evaluator.
