Develop and implement OHSE Management System across the various business operations in accordance with OHSAS 18001

& ISO 14001 standards, client and legislative requirements to enhance the HSE performance by Reduction of incident and injury frequency rates. Active participation in management review meetings in coordinating with Divisional HSE Managers and Operational Managers to review their HSE performance and ongoing Management Programs towards corporate objectives on HSE. Lead and mentored HSE staff, assisting them for finishing their tasks, career development and other goals. Networking with third party certifying agencies for External Audit, Training and Equipment Inspections, etc., Playing vital role in selection and recruitment process of HSE staff. Identifying training needs to develop the schedule and organizing the same with internal and external faculties. Provided technical advice to Risk Management Committee, purchase and tendering department. Vendor development for PPE and safety gadgets. Adherence of corporate governance audit programs, supported by management and stakeholder. Auditing project sites and functional departments to spotting the sub-standard practices then to recommend corrective & preventive measures and to ensure the compliance. Incident investigation and follow-up for corrective & preventive action from the execution team for assigned areas of responsibility.
