A brown ale with 90 Schilling influences, basically New Belgiums 1554 meets Odells 90 Schilling. 2 gallons of 15 Farthing, aged 1 week with Crown-Royal-soaked French oak chips. Then dry hopped for 3 days with 0.3 oz. Northern Brewer hops for a pine-like flavor. Chocolate = about 5 oz 100% Hersheys Cacao; Dessert = add vanilla extract; Coffee= add 8oz coffee
