The Wrongful Case Tom Robinsonblack, poor, and truthful, Accused of rape.

The witnesses, all white, Say they heard her cry; now the case is futile. Though Tom tells the truth, the juries dismiss his fight.

This man is a mockingbird the children see. How can this be? To treat this man so unjust? The statement seems reversed; he wont leave free. A life is crushed with white mans disgust.

These acts are of the adults who are incorrigible. Land of the free! they shout. All men equal! they joke. Their anger towards the other race is impermissible. As seen, the wrongful prosecution should be revoked.

Now life will be the same with the prejudice prolonged, Though Tom wont see this treatment wont stand for long.
