Position Summary The QA test lead is responsible for the analysis, scoping and execution for the QA testing

phases of a technology project for DM&A and responsible for producing the QA testing deliverables (including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Script M atrices, Test Execution Schedules, Progress and Test Summary Reporting) to profe ssional standards. The QA test analyst will work as part of the DM&A QA Team and will be assigned t o different projects by the QA manager. It is expected that the QA test lead wil l be assigned to more than 1 testing project at a given time. At a minimum, the QA test lead will need to be involved in the System/Technical Specification development phase of a project (includes both functional and non-f unctional requirements). The QA testing project will commence at this point with the production of the high level deliverables/estimates. Key Responsibilities Leads and Participates in testing, debugging and documentation of applications u sing Informatica and other supporting tools to satisfy requirements of user area s Responsible for on-time delivery of assigned Testing project with high-quality System test planning and system test execution. Support QA phase by developing test scripts and by managing QC Activily participate in UAT support. Identify efficiencies and ways to improve testing processes Works with other team members, including DBA's, ADs, QA Leadership and Business Analysts Insure that solutions are not one-offs, but can be leverage across the organizat ion Create test cases against specifications. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations Excellent knowledge of the Full life cycle of a project.
