One of the limitations was time constraint for the summer internship I have conducted research for two

months only. In future it could be added Gujarati newspapers also and comparison, frequency, trend can be figure out. Such studies could be conducted at national level to understand the trend of the real estate sector. Further research could be conducted to look at the impact of the advertisement on sale of the flats or bungalows. This could take the form of a panel data analysis, but would be a worthwhile study as it would then answer the real question being asked about the impact of advertisement or frequency or trend of the sector. A cross-country analysis involving countries with different cultural contexts may be an interesting addition to this study. It would be worth looking into whether the advertisements of real estate in newspapers and trend of market is different in the high and low cultural contexts.
