This case study describes his meteoric political career as a reformer who brought major changes in the perceptual thinking of the veteran politicians, bureaucrats as well as loyalists of both the ruling as well as opposition party. Arvind Kejriwal has maintained strong political support by combining outstanding political performance skills with a signature policy of joining the youth with his fight against the corrupt system. The aggressive and impatient political style of Arvind Kejriwal has often resulted in poor policies, but has bolstered his popularity by creating an image of decisive and effective decision-making, at times of when it was required the most. Arvinds television-generated fame and crowd-pleasing skills propelled him to a massive victory in his first election, in 2013, of the heart of the country, New Delhi which shook the pillars of the Sheela Dikshit who was been chief minister for the past fifteen years and broke the dream of the another party BJP(Bhartiya Janta Party) which was considering a sure victory in the elections.
