    Jeffrey Owen is standing nervously on a balcony smoking a cigarette. He enters the living room and rushes to close a suitcase, appearing anxious. He begins to look ill and collapses on the couch. When his wife Mary-Anne arrives home, she finds him unconscious and opens the suitcase, discovering a large amount of money inside, looking at Jeffrey with surprise and guilt. The short story was inspired by a movie still showing a vulnerable man being supported by a woman, aiming to build mystery around the characters and money through tension and suspense.

    A mysterious looking man named Jeffrey Owen is standing by the window. He is wearing a lain white shirt and a grey waist !oat. He slowly rea!hes for a a!ket of !igarettes and mat!hes in his grey trouser o!ket and lights a !igarette nervously and then inhales. "here is sigh of relief as he inhales followed by a look of dee !on!entration on his fa!e as he stares down below at the ground. He inhales his !igarette on!e again and then noti!es his wife returning home from work so then he enters ba!k into the living room #ui!kly. He rushes to a suit!ase by the table$ looks inside$ and then !loses it again. He sto s for a moment then takes a dee breath and removes his to button from his shirt. He stumbles to the !ou!h and he begins to look drowsier. Sweat begins to dri from his fa!e as his breathing gets faster and faster. His wife% Mary&Anne enters the house and finds him lying there in the living room. She runs over to su ort him but is also u''led by the brown suit!ase she noti!es lying ne(t to him. She hesitates then o ens the suit!ase to find a large amount of money inside it. She looks at him sur rised but and he looks at her with guilt. FADE OUT. )hilst writing my short s!enario * was ins ired by the movie still image that showed a vulnerable looking male lying down and women trying to su ort him. * then immediately !ame u with this arti!ular s!enery by brainstorming what may have ha ened. My story is themed around mystery be!ause the audien!e don+t know mu!h about the !hara!ters$ or the money. My story is also ins ired by the Alfred Hit!h!o!k,s -.sy!ho, be!ause of how #ui!kly tension or sus ense is built u from the !hara!ters a!tion and emotions.
