Events Occured
Sunil Pawar, a driller violated the commands given by supervisor and went on leave. He did not inform anyone when he left. Already has a record(Warning) for not adhering to policies.

Things to Ponder
Neptune has a new Management. Flow of events is unfortunate. Both parties are to blame. Priority should be to earn trust from employees. Cannot afford to be offensive/against employees.

Future Course of Action


Call Sunil for a meeting with Supervisor, Manager and Consultant. Issue a warning against the employee. Link salary with Performance / Variable pay. Provide Cross functional training / Train people in all verticals. BA- People First HCL Employee First Identify best performers and reward them.
