The impact of Personality on Psychological Contracts This type of research is an exploratory study, in which authors explore the relationship

between two different areas like personality and perceive breach of contracts. Although the renewal of researches in recent years in the field of organizational behavior, but in these studies researchers focus on personality and psychological contracts. Though both of these concepts were developed in the field of research and researchers made consensus at different concepts like five factors models of personality (Goldberg, 1990). This study finds the gap of exact manner through which personality affects the organizational behavior (Raja , Johns , & Ntalians, 2004). This paper contribute that the personality traits are responsible for the selection of the contracts. Along with this contribution, this paper also shows the mediating role of personality on the perceived breach and contract violation that arises due to the selection of a particular type of psychological contract as well as the possibility of contract breach and violation (Raja , Johns , & Ntalians, 2004).
